The Problem

The primary challenge of this project was to design an interface capable of managing various types of digital displays, ensuring ease of use and clarity for clients. The goal was to create a system that allowed clients to seamlessly control and interact with their digital displays.

The Process

Research and Client Engagement: The project began with extensive research and client discussions to understand the specific requirements for managing different types of digital displays. This research provided the foundation for the subsequent design phase.

Design and Iteration: Based on research findings, I initiated the design process, creating wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups. Continuous feedback from clients and stakeholders played a crucial role in refining the design.

User Testing: The interface underwent rigorous user testing with Viu's important clients to ensure usability and clarity. Their feedback helped fine-tune the design for optimal user experience.
